Hector & Triston worked on my A/C unit today and hopefully fixed an issue that has been ongoing for a while. They are very polite, professional, and worked hard to resolve my issues. Sue
A&E's integrity leaves a lot to be desired. Their service rep misdiagnosed an issue which could have gone on to cost me a lot of $'s. Fortunately I got a second opinion and they resolved the "problem" in about 5 minutes with only a service call charge, instead of motor/parts replacement A&E recommended!.
