This is the real deal folks. Real Vietnamese food made family style. Almost as good as Vietnamese wife’s home cooking.

Went from meat eater to vegetarian and am now vegan, and through it all, Charlie has been so accommodating and helpful. I get the tofu banh mi sans their (fabulous) house-made butter and pate. I LOVE the hot pots. The pho is out of sight--easily unmatched in Cruces. That "bird's nest" veggie dish is amazing, crispy, and flavorful. Vietnamese coffee is life. Oh, and vegan or not, the spring rolls are a must-order. This place is a home-away-from-home for me, my friends, and my little kiddo. I cannot recommend it highly enough.... read more
