Update: TOTAL GRIFTER. Paid in advance. Big mistake. Donaldson stole my money and never processed service on defendants. 30 days ago the court documents were received by Andrew aLa Greig Donaldson and nothing happened. Still waiting on Andrew to process service to defendants. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE!!! BEWARE.
Andrew called me back after I inquired. He stated to send him the information and he would work the case until I was ready to pay. I received an email stating “grow up” and send a payment. I sent the payment. He took days to respond. Then I was notified he received the payment. Days go by…I emailed for an update. I was told my documents were unable to be processed request an extension to the court date. No refund offered or follow up efforts. Greig and team are GENIUS! I mistakenly went through the sheriff's department, as well as another, more expensive server to serve the defendant and struck out QUICKLY. Greig and team got it ON THEIR FIRST TRY! He is very thorough, easy to talk to and brilliant with strategy. You'll be mistaken if you don't go with him!
Contacted Greig to assist me in a Process Service in the City of Santa Monica. Grieg was very professional thought out the whole process, communicated with me about gathering as much information as possible in order to make the process go flawlessly. Will use again!
