A Doggies Delight has been open at this location since 1993. We have been providing dog and cat grooming service to the entire Las Vegas valley as well as repeat visitors from all parts of the country due to the shop being in such close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. All of our groomers have anywhere from 10-35 years of hands on grooming experience. 20 year satified customer! I have been taking my dogs to A Doggie's Delight for over 20 years! This is an outstanding grooming salon. I know all of the dog groomers, I knew the previous owner Sandy (who died) and the current owner Deena. The service has remained outstanding - and I am a current customer, taking my dogs in on a monthly basis. I can't say enough great things about this grooming salon!
HORRIBLE I WAS a loyal customer for 6 yrs. Then Sandy, the original owner sadly passed away. The new owner was NOTHING like Sandy. Sandy's shop used to be clean. NOT ANYMORE. My dog was given water, treats and was even walked by Sandy. NOT ANYMORE! I continued to go to this shop. After a couple of months when you walk in this shop it smells horrible. Dina doesn't care for these pets like Sandy. She is lazy and sometimes even rude!!
Finally found our lifetime groomer! After using the chain stores and other independent stores, we finally found a vet that actually cares about the dog. This lady has been there for quite some time and her business shows why. The place is a little small, but the service is excellent. We got our dog back with the hair that we wanted. She was able to squeeze him in the day after we called which is almost impossible anywhere else. Also, it was the cheapest haircut we were able to find! Will definitely become a regular!
Is it a doggy's delight? When I was in there it seemed very crowded in the grooming area. Very little room for the staff to move around. Just seemed like everything was so close together that the groomers didn't have enough space between them to keep the dogs from getting distracted from the other dogs. I don't think would be delightful for either the dogs or the groomers working on jumping dogs. Easy to find however, with plenty of parking.
Satisfied Customer, have never had a bad result. Appointment is recommended. When I moved to the west end of town, I needed a groomer who would take care of my two toy poodles in a timely manner. They are reasonable in pricing and always do what you request. They are always busy and do there best to get you in, even when they are extremely busy.

PROS: If you don't mind leaving them there for awhile, you will be satisfied with CONS: None that I have ever had.

When my poodle was having health problems she hurried and got him done in record time so he wouldn't have to be there any longer than necessary. If your dog is there too long they'll take them for a walk so they can go potty. PROS: kindness offered to pets--especially special needs and old ones CONS: Open Saturday but closed one day during the week
