Rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. I think they abuse my dog.. Every since a vebal altercation with the owner of the shop. Last visit my puppy wasn't cleaned, her cut was uneven and tacky. And I think they never excrete her glands. Beware of this place, it's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Their only smiling and appreciative when it's time to pay. I've been to this groomer a total of 3times and I've had a different experience every time. The 1st time the manager harassed me about picking my dog up after I just spoke to the front receptionist Lynn 20min earlier about picking him up. When I got there she seemed to have begged me for a tip. The 2nd visit with Stefanie, I had to go back over my dog with her and made her do things she seemed to have missed when she did his grooming, like clean and pull the hairs our his ear, his nails were still too long and other areas th... read more

If I could give this grooming salon zero stars, I would. When picking my silky terrier up from being groomed, I noticed that she'd been cut - as their was blood on her coat. Apparently this must be the norm, as the cost of grooming was refunded without being asked. However, the complete tone and nature of the clerk changed to one of an accusatory manner - implying that I must be sure to tell "the entire story" when reviewing. I have gotten my golden retriever groomed here a handful of times with no issues. I went today to have her groomed and simply asked for her coat to be thinned out and trimmed short so that it was not as heavy as it for the winter. When I arrived to pick my dog up, I paid her as usual and it wasn't until after ward she informed me that they were unable to do my request and clipped her coat.
