It was our 50th Anniversary, and we were here in Ft Walton for the winter. My husband went there on a recommendation from our condo rep. Herb was wonderful to my husband. I got a diamond ring and a beautiful cross necklace. We were so glad to have found Herb and his staff. I am so happy with his gifts from there. They have a huge selection of jewelry, rare coins and vintage items you wont find anywhere else. if you are selling anything Herb will definitely take care of you. He is always upfront with everything and willing to go the extra mile. I've gotten watches fixed there. Traded coins and gold. Sold Diamonds. Bought diamonds. These type of business owners are a dying breed. So go check them out. You won't be dissapointed.
Had my jewelry for about two months then had to tell me that they could not repair it and gave me a big runaround trying to get it back and then it wasn’t even repaired at that
Prompt and courteous service. Herb has a wealth of knowledge and interest in his products and enjoys sharing interesting details and facts. Jewelry repairs done in house— my jewelry is not shipped to a 3rd party unknown to me. Extremely reasonable prices, fast turn around. I love supporting a local businesses especially when they provide service like this which exceeds by far franchise service in every way.
This place is a true gem in Fort Walton Beach. My wedding ring needed a few repairs after years of wear & tear. Word of mouth sent me to A Diamond & Gold Exchange. They exceeded my expectations in quality, expertise and price but especially in customer service. I highly recommend this business.
