Not trustworthy. One of the nurses stole first a red polka dot knife from from Grandma then it reappeared after she returned for her next shift. Then the day right after Christmas a expensive pendant that my son purchased for me at Christmas disappeared. Of course at first the owner Val said she would cover the lost then back pedaled. She also said she was willing to work with my Grandma on payments then called me acting extremely fresh and salty making up stories that the girl who stories that her nurse “daughter” overheard... read more
I would not even give this a one star. Most of the time they were late and one of the “nurses stole a necklace pendant the day after from Christmas. The owner Valerie said she would cover the cost but of course did not. I regret bringing them into my grandmothers. The living facility said they were going to be sure to share info with other residents to avoid a recurrence. Do not use this organization go to Baycare. Less problems and more professionalism
