Avoid this company like the plague. I'm pretty sure most of these positive reviews are AI generated because If I could give them -10x stars I would. They tell you it's a $69 service call but don't tell you it's an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Even the technician admitted they don't tell customers upfront about this hidden fee and they have to inform customers. I’m very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism by both Jordan and Brad also Collin for stepping in and fixing a breaker problem. These guys busted their butts for the customer and went over and beyond what I expected. They also cleaned up like they were never here. Great job guys. That goes along way. They will definitely be my only choice if I ever need anything in the future. I would recommend them also. Thank you gentlemen.
From the sales team Brad to the installer Jacob was a simple process, I could not be more happier with our purchase ! I highly recommend ! After the install I was concerned because the existing pipes on the outside of my house were exposed, and I was concerned birds would make a nest , so Brandon came back and changed them with a cover to prevent that !
No complaints. Very friendly and happy to answer questions. Did a very nice job. Left no mess. Very happy with our new system.
