Paul and Jordan came to address a heating issue. Very detailed on what the problem is, on time, professional, and most of all honest. It’s always a terrific experience with A Degree Above. Nice people but I'm pretty sure they have no clue what they're doing. I have been without heat since January 23rd - it's March 15. They came the same day this all started and filled the refrigerant for my heat pump and charged me 500 dollars. That worked for two days. They came and refilled it again for free. This Company is the real deal. I had an amazing experience with them from the moment I called to the time they finished up replacing the compressor in my heat pump. It is getting harder everyday to find a Hvac service & repair company these days who are not trying to rip you off every chance they get or treat your business as if they are doing you a favor. If you need HVAC services, this is the place. I compared a few for pricing and not only they gave me most reasonable pricing, the team was amazing. Coming in promptly at the scheduled time, and did the job quickly and cleaned up perfectly. I would not hesitate to work with them again in any future projects.
