A much overdue review! Couldn't recommend Deep Space more. I was craving some much needed breathwork over the "winter" holidays last year when visiting the area, and Lindsay gladly opened up her beautiful studio and welcomed also 2 of my family members to introduce them to the practice and offer such a safe space (it was first time to experience anything like it!).
