I said yes to my dress on Saturday and overall it was a wonderful experience. Andrea was the woman working with me and she was amazing. She let me pick out dresses and picked out a few she thought I might like as well. She was so helpful through the whole process, zipping me up and lacing me up. She made suggestions but was never pushy. She had a great warm personality and made me, my mom, sister, and cousin feel comfortable and relaxed. Would not recommend if you are in the early stages of searching for any kind of dress. Went in with my mom to look at mother of the bride dresses and we worked with a woman named Helen. Helen left us to search on our own for the first 10 minutes and did not spend really any time asking my mom what she was looking for. She became a bit aggressive when my mom wasn't loving anything that she was trying on and was a little rude to my mom when my mom told her she wanted a dress that doesn't show as much skin, and Helen asked her ... read more

Generally, we do like to give our guests some time to shop the racks themselves so that they can try on dresses that they select. Terrible! Please dont waste your time here. Made an appointment just to be left alone to search by ourselves.. no photographing allowed. The most insane policy I have ever heard!! Concord is a small town, its a shame its stuck with such an utterly crappy bridal shop.

Saturday's can get busy with both scheduled appointments and walk-in clients and we do our best to help everyone find what they are searching for. In regards to the photo policy, it is a courtesy to our designers who have asked us to not allow pictures until a deposit is made due to issues with counterfeiting and people buying online from unauthorized retailers. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment and give you a better experience.
I said yes to my dress yesterday and the lady was so helpful and actually picked the dress I said yes to :) couldn't be happier with deciding to buy my dress through this bridal store was also my first time ever going dress shopping :)
I had the worst experience at this bridal shop. The associate (who I believe was the manager) we worked with came of as extremely judgemental, and was very rude to my mother. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Even after finding a dress we liked she seemed unwilling to look into ordering for us. So we took our business elsewhere to 125 bridal in plaistow and had a much nicer experience. Customer service is more important and an ugly personality outshines even the prettiest dresses.

I tried to assist your mom and she essentially asked me to leave her alone to go through the racks herself, and said that she would come and get me if she needed help. The two of you stayed in the dressing room together for most of the time that you were at the store, and only came out once. I had an appointment today and was extremely pleased with the service and friendly staff! Desiree helped me with all my dresses and made me feel special! She was great and easy to work with! I would recommend this bridal store to anyone! Thank you Desiree!!
