Used to love this place, but today, I was treated so disrespectfully. Waited over thirty minutes for a pedicure. Finally got up to tell the hostess I was leaving. Didn't get an apology, just an ok, I'll let her know. Won't be going back despite almost ten years of loyalty, and absolutely will not be recommending to others any longer.
Did not receive a gift certificate on time. They quickly resent another along with a gift certificate for me as well. Kudos for taking a negative situation and handling it well!
Not kid friendly. I was told my daughter had to quiet down when all she was doing was giggling and she wasn't being loud. Is was busy so it was very loud by just normal chatter. My daughter was sitting on my lap talking and giggling with me while my fiancé got his hair cut. she wasn't running around or anything of that sort. And also the lady that cut his hair was in more of a hurry to get the cut done then making it look right.
I go to Day Away for my hair and massages. I feel very much at home here and they are all very good to you. I love this place....my home away from home.
What a relaxing environment. Love every visit! Very professional and knowledgable staff!!
