I walked out of my massage with Shawn, feeling like many long-standing pockets of tension in my neck and shoulders had been loosened. I always mention these critical points of tension when getting a massage, but I appreciate that Shawn listened and adapted the session to address those areas. Massage therapists often ask but don't adjust their massage accordingly. It was a great experience to feel helped and pampered.
Had a absolutely fantastic Ashiatsu massage with Erin at Barefoot Bodywork And Massage. Had never had one before but it was an amazing experience. Erin’s attention to all of your problem areas was amazing. Erin communicated very well during the massage making sure pressure was just right. It was indeed the best massage I have ever had and can’t wait until my next appointment with Erin. If you are in pain and looking for a great massage I highly recommend her service.

i have now gone numerous times to " a day at the beach spa " without question i will be visiting again shawn is a true healer his hands are intuitive and nurturing with prefect pressure and touch he releases months of stress work and pain thank you i have learnt not to dismiss shawn's cranial sacral work as i would have in past . this last sessions cranial sacral took me to another dimension of healing from the inside out and upside down again thank you
