We have been loyal customers for years, but this recent service call was beyond disappointing—it felt exploitative. The technician spent one hour on-site to clean the air conditioner. For that, we were charged a $298 “call-out” fee—just to show up. Then, cleaning the unit was an additional $238, somehow not considered part of the labor. How is cleaning not labor? Great company. Great people. The first company came out and said a switch was broken and we would need a whole new AC system. A. Dandy Cooling and Heating pointed out that was not the case and we merely needed more Freon to tie us over and that yes, eventually we'll need a new unit, but not today. This honesty is missing in today's world at times! Thank you for being good people and providing a great service!
