I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from A & D Window Screen and Parts! I actually found this place by chance—I was leaving Home Depot frustrated, carrying my old window screens, when a kind man in the parking lot saw me and told me about A & D. I’m so glad he did! From the moment I walked in, Allen was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Simply tried to buy some screens. The owner of the store hands me a diagram on the pricing of the screens. I told him I did not understand his diagram but I wanted to buy screens. He proceeds to call me stupid and that I'm a dumb kid. The man in the store had a mental breakdown started cussing me out and told me not to come back. Then he wanted me to buy some window parts from him still and I told him we're not purchasing anything from you. I told him thank you and he proceeded with disrespectful language until we left.
