I’ve been a customer here for almost one year. I would not recommend it. The ground is soft in most places and if you drop a trailer it might sink the landing gear. My trailer almost tipped over sideways once. It’s basically just gravel over bare ground. Property maintenance is a joke. They keep the driveway and the front yard more or less drivable.
