Stay away from their apartments – I can't speak for the office spaces, but I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Anthony Simonetti's apartments. I cannot believe how little concern he and his management have for their tenants. When the hot water went out for a few days in the late fall, we were told that we could go use a shower in one of the vacant units in another building. I don't know how that could be acceptable.
