This is a very unprofessional business. I reached out to this company via Facebook asking them a question about their nail polish. After a week without an answer, I messaged them again, and remarked that they must not need new customers, based upon the lack of a response. Rather than them sending me a message, which is what I expected, they blocked me on Facebook instead.
