Check in for pick up at 1:52 pm. App for 2:30 pm. Loaded at 7:44 pm. It’s took more than 5 hours for loading. No restroom for drivers at the office or at the shipping area. Just one portable outside the delivery area. Pick up was behind the building. Check in and check out through the scale.

ADM is asking for food-grade trailers but refuses to load even clean ones unless you bring a paid washout receipt—they won't accept self-cleaned trailers. They send you to specific washout locations, and won’t even inspect your trailer properly. Even after washing, you may be delayed waiting for the trailer to dry. Feels like a money grab between shipper and washout. Wasting time, hurting drivers. Be aware!
Big “0” STAR THEY STARTED LOADING AFTER 2 hours on dock and then they said they load me with wrong or foul product and unload all. After 3 hours on dock now waiting to hear back from broker because 2nd shift have to decide after 5pm. If you are an OP stay away or ask broker for top TO PICKUP LOAD FROM HERE.
