I check in 12:43 midday and now it’s 9 pm not loaded yet😂🤥
This is the worst place to go to. They have connections with trailer wash place. They rejected a 2025 trailer that is only 2 weeks old and said it’s got medal shaves on it. When we never hauled anything with medals on it. And also said go wash it and wait till it drys and come tomorrow morning and will load you. I advice anyone to not go there because you will get rejected no matter how clean your trailer is As long as they make that $75
Got here 9:30 for 10:30 appt it’s 13:08 now haven’t been touched.
Check in for pick up at 1:52 pm. App for 2:30 pm. Loaded at 7:44 pm. It’s took more than 5 hours for loading. No restroom for drivers at the office or at the shipping area. Just one portable outside the delivery area. Pick up was behind the building. Check in and check out through the scale.
