It was 100 degree and my thermostat was reading 81 degrees (it was set at 75), and falling inside. Something wasn’t right. Faced with intermittent A/C problems and seeking a local firm for support after too many upsell events by a long-term provider that sold to a private equity firm, I contacted A.D. Heating & Air Service. Demond initially worked with me to troubleshoot over the phone but the problem was beyond my skill set. Rocky and Demond worked through a frustrating set of cabling and controls problems to get us back in service. Great communication and service.
Mr.Ammons was awesome very professional he answered all of my questions. I had a previous bad experience with a company that was trying to take advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge.
