These people are the best. can’t say enough good things about A&D Auto Repair. I noticed an issue with my Suburban this morning—just one day before a 14-hour road trip to Wisconsin. Even though they were incredibly busy, they squeezed me in, diagnosed the problem, and got me back on the road the same day. Not only that—they fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime. That kind of kindness and integrity is rare. I’ve always trusted them with my vehicles, and today just confirmed why. Highly recommend!
Broke down near the shop during a cross-country road trip. Turned out I needed a new engine. They did say they couldn’t work on it until the new year (this was around Christmas) but in fact it took them several months to get the new engine put in. They made so many mistakes that as soon as I got back to Kansas, I had to have it completely redone. We can't say THANK YOU enough for the incredible service that you provided us on our 2013 Mercedes Benz 3500 Sprinter - Winnebago View! we were broke down on the side of the road and Redwine Towing got us to Duane's shop where we were met by Duane's son-in-law Vincent. Vincent & Duane said they would get us back on the road as quickly as they could, and they did! Needed some Mercedes Benz parts- NO PROBLEM! THANK YOU so much! They have fixed my car since I've owned it and all my repair work has been A1!!! The prices are decent and the customer service is Great!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service!!!
I've taken my truck to A&D before and they do a very good job keeping my truck on the road for me. I believe they are changing ownership, and I don't anticipate any changes in their services. The receptionist is super nice and informative. I will continue to take my truck to A&D as long as they continue to do great work.
