I took my car to A & D for some repairs last week and I was extremely impressed with their service. They've always done great body work, but the entire process was so impressive. The staff was great at keeping me in the loop every day by phone or text as to the progress of the repair and when I picked up my car they had detailed it inside and out. Professionalism like the good old days. This crew goes the extra mile with service. My company car had a wrap decal and they worked with the insurance company, the adjuster, the decal company, and got the car done without me having to make any calls at all. I'm very appreciative of their business ethics.
Rating 5 stars because I know their work stands up on its own. I will never know for myself because they quoted me $7,000 to paint my 1989 4runner matte black. 7k? For that kind of money, I could buy a new rig and still pocket some extra cash. I wish they wouldn't charge insurance company prices for people coming in who are paying out of their own pocket.
I live in Great Falls and when my daughter down at MSU was a victim of a hit and run, we had the car sent to A&D for the repairs. They kept in contact with me as needed and did a beautiful repair job on a car that was considered totaled by the insurance company. A very fair and up front repair shop that I highly recommend to everyone.
