Our experience with this company was above and beyond what we imagined. Steven showed up on time for an initial quote and his team was able to stop by to compete the job very quickly. We felt the price was fair and his team was very prompt, diligent, clearly experts at the machinery they operated, were very careful with the branches they cut from a large tree (as to avoid any damage on our garage below), and they cleaned up nicely after the job, including raking and blowing debris off of walkways and our driveway. I want to share a mixed experience in case it helps others. The owner of the company was a total class act. He quoted a fair price, explained the scope clearly, and ultimately honored everything he promised. I have zero issues with him and would work with him again if he personally handles the close-out. Where things went sideways was at the end of the job, when the owner's "brother-in-law" showed up to "wrap things up." And to be clear, I don't think this guy was his brother in law at all.
