Went in for a wash + blow dry - everyone is super kind but knocked 1 star off for giving me a pin straight blow dry when I had asked for & showed a photo of a bouncy blow out, not feeling comfortable to stop my stylist while she was going & knock another star off for not being able to share pricing until it was time to pay.
Unfortunately I must edit my initial review, as it didn't reflect the quality of the ongoing interaction or the end result of the requested style. There are some very talented and personable stylist in this establishment, but you might not get what you asked and paid for and the owners response is disappointing to say the least. They are definitely a cut above! The owner, managers and stylist are welcoming and committed to every client's complete satisfaction. I'm so glad that I found them and look forward to coming here for years to come.
