I believe it's been less then 2 years and my roof started leaking I tried to call this number 2 different days and nothing. I also left my number and email on the web site. And nothing. It's been 2 weeks. I already got the roof fixed by a different company. Unsure if I have warranty but this seems shady
I have emailed and called this place for the past 2 weeks about work that was done to my now leaking roof and no one has returned any calls. I've called both numbers online and left several voice mails and I've called multiple times in a day and had no luck. Everything was great when they came to do the work but to get a hold of someone after is the absolute worst. IF someone finally returns my call and comes out I'll update my review but as of now it's been a one-way effort to get in touch with anyone.
Rosie & Danny are top notch! Rosie took care of the insurance & Danny took care of the details & crew. The work was great quality & when they were done the clean-up was meticulously taken care of - not a bunch of nails & tar paper scraps laying around. We hardly had to do a thing to get a new, beautiful roof.
After several months I just drove into my driveway looked at my roof and thought "Man my roof looks sharp", thus I figured I would leave this review and feel as though I did my due diligence.
I had warranty left on my roof from this company, and had an issue with the roof Jack leaking around my ac flute pipe. I called no answer and Mr. Danny called back later that day. I told him what was going on and a reminder of our warranty, and with no questions asked other than the basics he got the job done the next day on short notice!!!! I was very impressed. I would def use this company again after my warranty is up! Thank y’all so much for accommodating me in short notice and getting it fixed before it rained again.
