First of all, I had an appointment scheduled but had to cancel because an issue occurred that I was not expecting. Then at the last minute that issue was cleared up and I called to see if I could reschedule and Ms Lovely did even if I had canceled on her. This is the first time I had been to her and I absolutely loved it! My hair color was awesome and she was extremely professional and made me feel so at ease. Thank you very much and I will definitely be returning.
I had an appointment at 5:30 this afternoon, and upon arriving 10 minutes early, I was told the stylist is about 45 minutes behind. Ok, not a big deal, these things happen. Knowing I had an appointment at 5:30, and that I'd been waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time, a walk-in was given a haircut *before* me.
