This company is great! This is a family owned business and they truly care about each one of their customers. The owner went out of his way when our carpet was cut and measured incorrectly. It was the carpet company who made the mistake but Jeff, the owner, stepped up and took care of everything. It was not even his fault but he would not charge us or the carpet company to rebind the rug. Jeff not only rebound the rug at no fee but he had it ready the following day.
