I made an appointment for today, July 12th at 11:15am. I got to the store at about 11:05, waited until my appointment time came and went. I ended up waiting there until almost 12 before one of the barbers let me know that Steph wasn't going to make it in today. I spent $50 and waited an hour just to be told I wasn't getting my service done and when I asked about a refund I was told that they didn’t know for sure the time frame. Very disappointed.

my fiancé got his hair cut here today, and his hair is uneven and still has split ends, and is shorter in the back than in the front, like a bob. He asked for just a trim (they took at least 5 inches if not more), and for it to be evened out. The guy was talking to his buddy about how he still needs to learn how to do several types of cuts, and even mentioned (to his buddy, not even to my fiancé) that he didn't know how to cut my fiancé's hair type. My husband made an appointment online and they continued accepting and prioritizing walk ins over him even though they knew he had made an appointment and had been waiting. He waited 2 hours without receiving any service so he finally left.

Made an appointment for 12:30 on the app, showed up to the store at 12:20 and was there until 2:15 and was still not called back. Was told they couldn’t find who i booked appointment for and was told at 2:05 they would get me in with the next available barber because it’s been so long, once the next person was available they to take a walk in who had been there 15 mins. I should have walked out sooner but I’m a patient and understanding person. Will not be returning
