The owner set me up with a "HAIR SPECIALIST"....messed up my hair, very unproffessional....wouldn't own it...kept mouthing off at me....the owner didn't step up to make it right for me...another male hair specialist "kool dude" step to it telling me he would fix my hair....I had blotches of bleached hair all over....he fixed it even gave me a discount...where I'm from....owners step it up seeking full customer satisfaction!....I would have fired mz Little senorita....on the spot...just for mouthing off at the customer!...oh.... read more
