I hired A Cut Above to mow my yard and also my mothers yard. After several reminders they mowed my yard and we paid them for my yard and the service on my mothers. They never mowed her yard and after several calls and text messages requesting the work, I fired them. I have been promised a refund for the money I paid them but have seen nothing and have asked and been promised several times. Character counts.
We hired a cut above and payed $$ for the whole summer, but had several issues, like leaving gates open, not being careful about small shrubs which we lost one, mowing over the water cover, and then we had a lot of water settling in a couple of places in our yard and they mowed over them and just tore up our yard. So we said we didn’t want them to mow our yard anymore, AND we wanted the $$ back for the rest of the summer, $315.00 we still haven’t been reimbursed. Keep reminding them, but nothing.
