A Cut Above This is owned by Bertha, she does the cuts, and she's the cutest woman. She's bilingual. She provides suggestions for a different cut, aside from the same style and trim. My daughter and get our hair cut and styled here. She does great styles for dances, braiding and is very reasonably priced. A cut, wash and style runs around 30 dollars. The business is open Monday through Saturday. I've always been able to call that morning for an afternoon or evening appointment.
