I cannot say enough good things about Rose; my hair highlights, trim and style are exceptional. Rose is one of the few old school professionals who knows what she’s doing and listens to your wants/needs. Prices are beyond reasonable. Rose is only there on Friday and Saturday. Thank You, Rose, you are a Blessing. The many long months wait to find you and your talents was worth it. Thank you for those who write in the blogs.
