I want to start by saying that Javier was very responsible and efficient and a pleasure to work with. There were some areas of the apartment where he did a really good job. Originally he had told me he would be there for three hours, but because he squeezed me in ( I booked him the day before) he and his son’s only spent about an hour and a half at the house because they had another job to get to . Very unprofessional, especially when you were in contact and they stopped responding and don’t reply back.
Honestly, didn't know what to expect. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we were very pleased with the price, the quality of work, Javier's professionalism and availability. He's done a move in and is doing a move out service for us tomorrow. Highly recommend, we will absolutely be using this company in the future.
Provided this company with rental equipment when they needed it just for them to duck out on the bill. Javier still has not contacted us to pay his bill either. Not trustworthy up until this point.
