I want to start by saying that Javier was very responsible and efficient and a pleasure to work with. There were some areas of the apartment where he did a really good job. Originally he had told me he would be there for three hours, but because he squeezed me in ( I booked him the day before) he and his son’s only spent about an hour and a half at the house because they had another job to get to .
