Great work, and quick to fix any issues. They installed 6 solar screens for my house. 2 months later, one of them already fell to ground. It may be caused by windy weathers, or maybe something else. I called the company about this. The first person was reluctant to provide help or warranty on the work, but the service guys came out the next day, took the fallen screen for repair and promised to be back to reinstall it. A job well done – I had a great experience with A Cooler House. They set up an appointment for an estimate, called to confirmed the appointment and gave me an accurate estimate. They let me know about a credit available for my electric bill and answered all my questions. On the day of the installation, they called to let me know when they would arrive and had the job done in no time. Don't believe the hype. – This is Chris Runyon and I am the owner of A Cooler House. The comment posted by acoolerchris is totally bogus. Check out our Bette~ Busines~ Burea~ file. If this was a real complaint I think that it would have been filed with the Bette~ Busines~ Burea~ ; it's easy to trash someone here or in a blog, the Bette~ Busines~ Burea~ researches claims. DO NOT USE THEM – Their products are excellent, if only they knew how to install them. They owe me over $1000 for repair to my roof that I have yet to see, and that was 4 months ago. I should've known from the beginning that they were a bad idea when they rescheduled my initial appointment 3 times, and no-showed once. The owner is rude and cussed at me on the phone when i asked about getting my roof fixed. Now they won't return my calls at all.
