Unprofessional. Does not answer the phone and does not return calls as their voicemail is full.
I'm not someone who regularly gets waxed. But sometimes there's a special occasion and a razor just won't cut it. For times like these I'm so happy that I found Ana. She is so quick and professional and makes an uncomfortable process actually comfortable. If I need a wax there's no one else I'll go to moving forward. Thank you for leading me here groupon but I'll happily pay full price from now on.

Awesome first time Brazilian and it was not anywhere as bad as people claimed. Obviously gave it a shot but I was walking in with the mindset of I will do it now and never again and bc of the great job with minimal pain I'm considering going back.
