Devlin is one of the most responsive property managers I've met at our association! He is willing to jump in right away and provide his knowledge to help us make better decisions. He is responsible & respectful, treating us like people instead of tasks. He makes me feel confident about the future of the association, knowing that he is there for us.
Horrible management company. They do not enforce the laws of the condo association, unless the senior property managers like you. Property managers are rude and very disrespectful. Not really sure what they are managing if requests/complaints are not resolved. I would hate to be the insurance underwriter who wrote their policy...this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Wow are you really the president? Your website states you are sales/accounting. Which is it?

Buyers beware of steep annual HOA fees & extra assessments. There are moisture & mold issues in property buildings at Paint Creek. The buildings & common areas are not well maintained and desperately need updating.
