I'd recommend them only if you don't mind them sending a service tech who doesn't 1) know how to read an installation CD. Two came with my HP 6500 Officejet. The first would not work. I recommended using the other. Tech said: "No that other one's for Macs." Along with the hours we spent previously, we spent two hours with HP Support trying to get the item to install. Later I closely inspected the installation CD I recommended. Turned out it indeed was "for Macs" in the largest print...but was also for XP, my OS. That CD work... read more
