The Technician was very professional and courteous. Time frame we were given was met. And follow up after service was great!!
John and Ford were awesome. They did a wonderful job. They Come and did everything we had discussed. they were Nice and easy to work with.
Due to a neglected clogged drain issue on my HVAC system, the system shut itself off (by design) on the July 4th weekend. ACE was able to have a technician come out and fix the issue within a few hours of being notified of our AC crisis on a holiday weekend. ACE did ALL of this for less than $200! Awesome! Oh, and they were nice, too! They were polite and professional; not gruff or sounding annoyed. They even said, "Thank You for your business". My experience was wonderful. My air conditioner had stopped working in our Florida summer heat and I had three fans on me to survive. Antonine was professional and got it fixed promptly. Thank you for the courtesy service.
