Such a great group of guys! Very knowledgeable and treat you fairly. Couldn't be happier with them.
I acquired their services in Oklahoma, I installed it in September 2023, the cold air has never worked. I talk and they always tell me they are coming and I wait and they never arrive. Until today, June 18, 2024, they have not been able to fix it. update Friday June 21. And they still haven't been able to come every day, they tell me that they come at 9:30 in the morning and they only waste my time and never arrive.
Our contractor hired someone from this company to install new ducts and insulation for our home remodel. We've had multiple issues since. Throughout the job he would not return our phone calls and we would have went with another company but he already had our money. It took him two months to complete the duct work in our home. We had to threaten to fire him multiple times in order for him to show up a random night and complete the work without communicating to us he was coming. Very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the crew that came to my house. Fixed the issue same day. They didn’t try to upsell me or just throw parts at the unit. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
