If I could give this salon a zero I would. I got my hair done two days ago by amy I asked for brown hair with icy blonde underneath. What I got wasn’t even close. My hair is so red and my blonde is orange she didn’t even tone my hair. Honestly the whole time I felt like she was doing whatever she wanted. It looked great at first until I got in the sunlight and realized my hair is literally ginger. I then texted her asking if she could fix it she then said I would have to wait a month! My sister saved up money to get her hair done for the first time and a day or two after the color she started seeing how red it was when she wanted brown, Amy then blocked my sister from her personal phone and from calling the salon to get her hair fixed. This is not how you address situations and is poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your hair done by her, extremely horrible customer service and an even worse color job. Her blonde is orange and her brown is red.

Jess was absolutely amazing, she made me feel very comfortable I felt like a million dollars walking out of the salon. Best experience ever.
