Chris was very nice and was able to schedule an inspection for a house we were buying the same week. He was organized and responsive and made the inspection process stress free, which we appreciated! His report found several issues which we were able to request repairs for. However, since we’ve moved in we’ve also found a few small things that he missed. His inspection took less than two hours. Chris Datka was thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions during the inspection and gave us a written report on the spot. He provided an electronic copy followed up with an hard copy/CD with photos. He went above/beyond our expectations. We highly recommend him if you're looking for a home inspector!
