He spent more than two hours inspecting the 30 year old home we are purchasing, was super friendly and professional and even showed me some perks about the house we had not noticed before! Chris Foxhall inspected the home I was interested in purchasing. The costliest issue was the roof. He did a thorough inspection. When the report was submitted to the agent, the home seller's insurance company agreed to replace the roof - saving me close to $7000.00. Amazing service and well worth the price of inspection.
