He was great! Dale Anderson really knew his business. He went through the house and told us everything that he found that had to be fixed. He even found stuff that we didn't know about. I would recommend him to anybody.
Erik was the so called home inspector from the buyers side - He misdiagnosed an issue with the water heater in the house and gave a totally bogus explanation which was incorrect. We provided a clarification but then had to contact the first owners/builder of the house and our home inspector. We all disagreed with Erik and provided individual clarifications. Erik kept up his false rhetoric and we had to go through another inspection by a 3rd party certified plumber (we had to pay for) who simply confirmed Erik's misjudgment -... read more
