I hired a “cleaner home” to clean my airbnb. Teri the owner is wonderful. however her staff is a different story. None of her workers clean alike. it is either a “hit” or a “miss”. i would complain and the next cleaning would be fine. after that it would fall back into a “hit” or”miss” The last straw was a cleaning that was so off that when i called Teri, and showed her the pictures, she was so nonchalant about it. she corrected the wrong.
