Extremely poor/rude customer service. Decided to not follow access instructions and cleaning was sub par.

Were disappointed to see yet another negative review from this individualthis is the fourth platform he has posted to in one day and we expect more, all stemming from our refusal to reimburse him for a locksmith service that occurred days after our work was completed.Our company provided a scheduled vacant home cleaning based on a signed quote for 10 labor hours (2 team members for 5 hours each). I have used A Clean Sweep Services, Inc. for many years now and I couldn't recommend a better group. They are reliable, efficient, thorough, and they do a fantastic job. The girls are pleasant, and always ask if there is anything extra I need done. I couldn't do it without them. Thank you ***** and her crew of wonderful ladies!!
