Randy from A Clean Sweep did a fantastic job. He was thorough, cheerful, and made sure I knew how to safely operate the specific differences in my fireplace.
A very poor choice during COVID. One man did not wear a mask while walking throughout our house (way beyond the stove), the other had it over his chin, in spite of our request that they wear a mask and in spite of local & state regulations for businesses. We are high risk for complications if we get sick, and we did not appreciate the lack of concern for our safety in our own home.
