Mistreated my dog I have been going to Classy Place for years , now it has new owners --Bad,Bad,BadI brought my dog home he was disoriented and didn't want me to pet him I found out the girlThat groomed him had abused him.
not happy my wife had me take our dog into this shop all I wanted was a simple hair cut on my shitzu, I explained to the groomer that I wanted to keep some hair on her because of it being winter. when they clled me to pick up my dog to my surprise it was completely shaved down to the skin. there was no hair left on her at all. she looked as if she was not even bathed, her eyes and face were still dirty, there was white powder in her ears. she even still had some of those grass looking things stuck on her paws and stomach. bad bad bad I have been going to this salon for many years. I recently took my dog in and to my surprise her old groomers were gone. there was another new groomer who begged me to give her a chance. so I did. upon picking up my baby she smelt, her ears were still dirty the nails not even cut. when I asked to speak with the "new owner" I was told he can not help because he does not speak English. please stay away from this salon. I will be looking for a new place. I don't expect this shop to last that long
I will nevr go back I have been going to Classy Place for years but now that they have new Owners it is a 360 and horrible experience with Lisa who calls me after my dogs were dropped off to say we have new Owners and a new price! Don't you think that that should have been done before? Now I took my Son's Yorkie to have a Teddy Bear trim and she looks horrible. I know Ericka did not trim Lucy. I am very, very upset and will not go back ever.
Best grooming shop in town! Have been going to A Classy Place for over 20 years to have all my dogs groomed there. Would not keep going there if they were not the best! They treat all the animals with love and affection. This is the place to go if you want your animals treated like royalty.
Owner of 1 satisfied doggy! I took my puppy here and OMG, it was the best job I have ever seen done on my dog, She looked beautiful! And was so happy. And the whole staff was so nice and they seemed to really, really care about my girl. I would never take my girl anywhere else. Every time I pick her up from there it is a #1 job they do... You can see everything that is going on with your pet. all hands on everything!
