I was waiting two days for service to be given to cut my son's hair who is a teenager and they told me that they did not cut children's hair ... all because my son had straight hair. ... they should have better customer service yesterday they had the automated door half closed and so later they want one to owe them a good tip

I noticed something in this salon , people racism l make appointment 3 times with one guy he no consider me because I’m African, yesterday l make appointment the owner tell to come 11 pm when l went she said can you today I’m here 9:25 she said sorry she can no do my hair , drive to Frederick to Hagerstown
Bad haircut he didn’t even try he acted like he knew what he was doing omg there were patches left everywhere smh 🤦♀️ can’t trust this places
Took my son here tonight 11/29/24 for a haircut, I am in disbelief how terrible it turned out. There were still patches of hair that were missed. Now I have to take him somewhere tomorrow to get fixed.
