Very helpful, had what I wanted at a reasonable price.
We grind the concrete floor by ourselves so that it doesn’t look perfect, but we are pretty happy with the results after the one-coat sealer. If the surface is rough, it gives it a second coat; if it wants smoother and shinier, it gives it a second coat, based on my own experiences. One coat is more talking about polished or very smooth surfaces, I think. The color is darker than I expected, and it varies by different light. Anyway, we are very happy with the floor.
