We recently hired A. Clark Roofing for cedar shake removal and Malarkey Class 4 Shingle installation, and the experience was outstanding. Manager Cassidy Murphy, Dave Murray, and Arthur’s installation crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with my roof replacement. The workmanship was excellent and the job was done on schedule. The cleanup at the end of the job was thorough and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate a couple of my last minute requests. The price was great and they were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use them again!
Very disappointing experience. I waited over a week for someone to come out and provide a quote, but they never showed up. When I called to follow up, they hung up on me instead of addressing the issue. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I understand that schedules can change, but basic communication and respect for customers are important. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I cannot recommend Clark Siding and Roofing based on my experience. After a windstorm tore off a few shingles, I discovered what appeared to be major deficiencies in the roof installation. There was no roofing underlayment beneath the shingles and no drip edge installed along the roof edge. From my understanding, these are important components of a properly installed roofing system, and I was extremely disappointed to find they were missing. I contacted the company to request repairs.
